Service Description
Experience an unforgettable 1-hour guided quadbike adventure through the Elgin Valley. Ride along scenic forest and mountain trails before stopping at a beautiful hidden waterfall. No previous quadbiking experience is required; our professional guides provide a safety briefing and guidance throughout the tour. Meet at Trail's End Bike Hotel in Grabouw. The tour price is R599 per person. A mandatory R100 nature-reserve entry fee per person is excluded and paid separately on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
By booking a Grabouw forest or waterfall adventure, you agree to the following terms: 1. Arrival, lateness and no-shows Please arrive at Trail's End Bike Hotel at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for registration and the safety briefing. Tours leave on time. Late arrivals and no-shows may forfeit the booking and payment. 2. Cancellations and rescheduling Free cancellation is available at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Same-day rescheduling may be offered for R200 per person, subject to availability. 3. Reserve entry fee The mandatory R100 nature-reserve entry fee per person is not included in the tour price and must be paid separately on arrival. 4. Safety and guide instructions All participants must attend the safety briefing, wear the supplied safety equipment and follow the guide's instructions. Reckless or unsafe riding is not allowed. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate. 5. Participation requirements Adventure activities involve inherent risk. Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions and participate responsibly. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required consent or indemnity for minors. 6. Weather and access conditions Activities may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled if weather, reserve access or safety conditions make operation unsafe. If OnTours Cape Town cancels an activity, available rescheduling or refund options will be provided.
