By booking a tour or activity with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Punctuality and Refund Policy No Refunds for Lateness: Tours depart strictly at their scheduled times. If you fail to arrive by the tour start time, your booking will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. Same-Day Rescheduling: Subject to availability on the same day, you may reschedule your slot for a fee of R200 per person. Please note that availability is not guaranteed. 2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Participation at Own Risk: All clients participate in activities at the Atlantis Sand Dunes at their own risk. Liability: By booking, you acknowledge that ONTOURS CAPETOWN and its staff are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the activity. 3. Safety and Guide Rules Mandatory Briefing: You are required to follow all safety rules and guidelines provided during the pre-tour briefing. These rules are essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Quad Biking: While quad biking is a thrilling activity, it can be dangerous if safety rules are ignored. Our tours prioritize safety; therefore, extreme or reckless riding is strictly prohibited. Sandboarding: Our sessions are designed to be easy to learn and enjoyable for all skill levels. Participants must follow the instructor’s guidance to ensure a fun experience. Minors & Kids: Children are welcome to participate; however, a parent or the leading guardian accompanying the children must sign an indemnity form on their behalf before the activity begins.
